NOTES FROM THE CALL:
In his book, The Project Management Answer Book, Jeff created unique Top 10 Pitfall Lists for each chapter, based on lessons learned from his many years as a PM in IT, and also culled from best practices shared by the more than 500 PMs who have taken his PMP prep classes.

In this interactive session with Henry Will, Jeff will cover some of the most critical pitfalls, discussing how to avoid or mitigate them for maximum project success.
